Hayden Panettierre's Father Arrested for Allegedly Battering Wife

Hayden Panettiere's father was arrested Monday for allegedly beating his wife, Panettiere's mother, tells law enforcement sources.
Alan Panettiere was arrested on Monday morning for an felony count of domestic violence. He allegedly struck Lesley Panettiere in the face at around 3 a.m. Monday, and is currently on bail $50,000.
Alan and Lesley Panettiere were at a party Sunday night when Alan Lesley became upset because she "handing out" with someone and he felt she was "disrespecting" him, tells law enforcement sources . According to the sheriffs statement, the couple returned home, began arguing and Lesley Panettiere was struck it in the cheek. Police officers took pictures where there are visible marks.
